ICMind accepts receipts in various modes of payment. Students-Clients shall collect receipts along-with e-receipts emails from the designated receiver person. In case of differences in accounts ICMind May demand original receipt for verification. ICMind shall not hold liable for loss of fees, fraud conducted by any third party or any person claiming to be representative of ICMind. In case of online payment clients, students shall make there own security payment check. Payment made to clone site or wrong sites, individual accounts, cash payment to individuals, firms or companies claiming to be representative, agent or collection executive or otherwise part of ICMind shall be intimated to urgent@icmind.com, any issues related to Information Technology, web site or other technical aspects shall be attended by Tech@icmind.com ICMind shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or otherwise claim arising out of any online cyber crime or otherwise. The ICMind is an independent organization offering elective evaluation of performance capability and quality assurance benchmarking for providers of Education, Placement, Financing, Investment, Consulting & services. Membership is open to service-providers regardless of geographic location and subject to terms and conditions imposed by ICMind. We have no affiliation with any local, regional or national government body.
Membership Applications
Application for membership of the ICMind is an entirely voluntary process undertaken by an institution, organization, or service-providers. ICMind reserves the right to accept or refuse any application as it deems fit, on a case-by-case basis and without giving reasons for acceptance or refusal. Any part or parts of the published application process or required conditions for membership may be varied, abridged, or waived completely at the absolute discretion of ICMind and without formal notice.
Successful applicants will be issued an invoice in respect of the membership fees, which must be settled within seven working days. Failure to pay within the stated time, or failure to complete other application formalities, will result in cancellation of the offer of membership, and a prohibition on submitting further membership applications to ICMind for a period of three years.
We reserve the right to request full payment of the annual membership fee in advance, or payment of a security deposit, before processing any membership application and completing due-diligence procedures. The amount of any security deposit will be deducted from the first annual Membership Fee, if the application is successful. If the application for membership is unsuccessful, we will refund any advance payment or security deposit less a 20% administration fee.
Consumer Complaints and Disputes
While ICMind cannot act in any legal or quasi-judicial capacity, we will investigate consumer complaints made against Members and, with the express permission of both parties, can act as liaison or in informal arbitration to assist in the resolution of disputes. The parties will not be legally-bound by any resolution and the service is offered without prejudice to the rights of the parties under the general law. Members found to be in breach of the ICMind Code of Practice may, however, be additionally subject to disciplinary action.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Submitting any forms, applications, payments shall deemed to be considered that applicant, client & considered company or person has read-understood & has agreed all terms conditions, privacy policy, disclaimer, copyright & trademark, legal notices before proceeding for any decisions, payment other finalization activities.
Fees Receipt & Policy:
Cheque / DD should be in favor of “ICMind Education” payable at Hyderabd. Cheque are acknowledge subject to realization. Fees once paid is non-refundable nor transferable under any circumstances. The receipt shall be valid only with mail confirmation. From accounts@icind.com. In case of non receipt of email confirmation please contact accounts department – ICMind Head office. Any claims disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdictions only. The receipt includes amount collected on behalf of “ICMind Education” company established under Companies’ Act 1956. And amount collected on behalf of other external entity that may includes Universities (if applicable), Placement Consultancies, placement consultancy company (fees if applicable), ICMind Foundation (if applicable). Publishing company and/or books Supplier Company and any other entity whichever may be applicable. Single receipt may be issued as a matter of convenience only.
Examinations:
We do not provide any passing guarantee whether expressed or implied. Exams shall be conducted within the framework of terms of examination only. Various charges may be applicable as per the details provided within the website. The charges and fees are subject to change without any prior notice.
